Every session is held with intention, compassion, and deep respect for you and the messages that come through. In Sarah Anne’s own words, here is what you can expect from the experience.

How My Intuitive Abilities Work

I receive information in several ways. I may see pictures or videos in my mind, feel emotions or physical sensations, sense words, or hear messages. When I connect with Guides, animals, Angels, and people who have crossed over, I receive messages through clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance.

Before Your Session

Before every session, I create a sacred space for you. I clear the energy around myself and within the room, release the energy from any previous reading, and invite the information meant for your session to flow through me with ease and clarity.

I connect with my own Guides and Guardian Angels, as well as my Nana and my beloved dog Tootsie, who crossed over in 2022. They help support and facilitate the work I do.

During Your Session

Once we begin, I ask for assistance from whoever will be joining us: your Guides, loved ones, or animals. I then allow their messages to flow through me and share what I receive with you.

My approach is kind, compassionate, and authentic. I communicate the information without judgment, trusting that the messages are perfect for you in that moment. I will pause throughout the session so you can ask questions, request clarification, or take a moment with what has been shared. It is important to me that you feel safe, comfortable, and heard.

After Your Session

Your session will be recorded so you can listen again in your own time. Many messages continue to unfold after the conversation has ended, and returning to the recording can help you hear something new or receive a deeper layer of understanding.

How I Discovered This Work

I have always had a deep love for animals and grew up on a farm, but for many years I did not realize that my relationships with animals were different from those of most people. More than a decade ago, I became aware that I could communicate with them intuitively.

It was an incredible gift to understand that I could give animals a voice and help them feel heard, honored, and supported in such a special and beautiful way.

As I began working with clients and their animals, I realized I was also receiving powerful messages from people’s Guides and from loved ones who had crossed over. I treat every session with the respect and openness these messages deserve. It is an honor to support people and animals in this profound way, and I continue to be amazed and delighted by what is shared through me.
